Beer has been brewed for thousands of years, with science and technology gradually evolving into what we know as beer today. The European Brewery Convention (EBC) has played its part in developing methods for modern quality control procedures in brewery, malting and hop laboratories around the world.

At this year's EBC Congress, banke GmbH, represented by Michael Kohles and Friedrich Banke, will participate in a poster session on "External Dry Hopping".
