Precoat filter for beer filtration
Beer filtration is one of the process steps with the highest requirements. In addition to microbiological safety, which must be guaranteed, the physical stability of the beer is also of utmost importance. The aim is to achieve a brilliantly fine filtrate with optimum turbidity.
Thanks to the bypass system, we achieve a homogeneous precoating of the filter candles, which enables a stable and consistent filtration process.
As sustainability starts with the preservation of existing systems, we also offer the option of modernizing existing filter systems - even for diatomaceous earth-free applications.

Efficiency
Beer filtration with maximum efficiency: the bypass system enables homogeneous precoating of the candles over their full length. This results in uniform and stable filtration throughout the entire process. Using the total vessel as an unfiltration chamber significantly minimizes beer losses when changing types and starting and stopping the filtration process.
The special geometry with a central pipe and a pipe distributor with several outlets favors higher flow velocities - cleaning is thus improved and CIP media consumption is reduced.
High flexibility in the selection of filter aids contributes to the sustainability of the process step. Diatomaceous earth-free applications are also possible, for example the use of perlite or cellulose-based additives.
Modular design
All the advantages of the Dual Filter, combined in the smallest possible space. With the modular system design, we achieve the most compact installation possible. As a fully automatic stand-alone solution, the Dual Filter is easy to expand and upgrade and requires little maintenance.
Modernization of existing filter systems
The flanged design of the filter register makes it easy to convert an existing filter. This procedure offers the possibility of more and longer filter cartridges. A current conversion project shows 30% higher flow rates thanks to the cartridge extension. Minimal investment for higher efficiency and performance!
